How Do We Ship?

We ship Canada Post.

How Do We Charge for Shipping?

We do our best to keep the shipping rates as inexpensive as possible. Shipping costs are calculated on weight, plus a small charge to cover packaging. We want your order to arrive to you safely, but will work to keep this charge as minimal as possible!

How Long are Delivery Times?  

We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Canada Post shipments are shipped out EVERY FRIDAY. Please keep in mind the additional transit time for your product to arrive once we ship it when estimating your order's arrival date.  

 If you need a special rush please CONTACT US and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Out of Stock Items

Our inventory can fluctuate throughout the day, so an item indicated as “in stock” when you place your order may, in fact, be out of stock.  In this event, we make every effort to contact you by email immediately to notify you to allow you to decide if you would like a refund or make another selection.

RETURN POLICY

 Health & Safety Rules

Due to the safety of food and beverage products, all sales on soda are considered final once they are shipped. This way you can be assured that the products you have been shipped have not been handled by another consumer.  Should an order be refused at time of delivery you will be credited back for the order, less shipping, after we receive the package(s) back.

Order Cancellation

Need to cancel your order?  To cancel an order you have placed on www.vintagesodacompany.com, you must contact customer support by email sales@vintagesodacompany.com.  Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped.  Please provide your name, the order number, and your contact information.  Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

Damaged Product

Canada Post expedited or faster include up to $100 of insurance.  In the event of any damage please feel free to contact us with a picture of the damaged product and we will make a claim. We can offer refunds where applicable. Vintage Soda Company will not be held responsible for any delays in arrival time.
